| SCOTT
S. ORENSTEIN is a construction litigation attorney
who represents owners, general contractors, subcontractors,
architects and engineers in a wide variety of construction
related disputes. Mr. Orenstein is also a licensed
civil engineer with more than 10 years industry
experience as a project manager and estimator. He
is a former co-chair of the Connecticut Bar Association
Young Lawyers Section Construction Law Committee,
and a former member of the Associated General Contractors
Construction Business Relations Committee. He is
presently a member of the International Society
of Explosive Engineers and the American Society
of Civil Engineers. Mr. Orenstein received his B.S.
in civil engineering from University of Massachusetts,
Amherst and a J.D. from the Quinnipiac University
School of Law. He is admitted to practice in the
Courts of the State of Connecticut, United States
District Court for the District of Connecticut,
and the United States Federal Court of Claims. Mr.
Orenstein is also a former lecturer for the National
Business Institute. |
